I’ve used HQ Tax & Financial Inc. twice now to file my federal tax return. Overall, the service is good and they do get the job done. However, I believe there’s room for improvement when it comes to customer service and client follow-up.

During my second time filing with them, I noticed that I had to re-explain all my details from scratch, even though I was already a returning client. It would be much more efficient if they assigned a dedicated accountant or kept client records in a way that returning customers wouldn’t need to repeat the entire process again.

That said, I appreciate their effort and the final outcome of the filing was satisfactory. With a few improvements in how they manage returning clients and handle continuity in service, they could offer a much smoother and faster experience.
