Hassan’s mission is to provide top-notch services to small businesses to help clients attain their financial goals. He holds several diplomas and certifications in various disciplines, double baccalaureates with cum laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago. His distinguished certifications include a Certificate in Disruptive Business Strategies from Harvard Business School and a Certificate in Strategic Marketing in a Competitive Environment from Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania.

Hassan is very self-motivated and has an entrepreneurial mindset. He has provided consulting services to more than a thousand entrepreneurs from outside the United States and helped them with their startups.

Hassan enjoys reading tech blogs, going on adventure trips, and hiking. At home, he enjoys spending time with his three beautiful kids.

Ali Abbas

Co-Founder and CEO, Ali is an astute and seasoned professional who has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance in various industries. He has earned his Bachelor’s degree from GC University, Lahore and secured his Certificate in Accounting from Glasgow, UK. His unmatched, extensive experience in the financial sector (stock exchange), enables him to analyze business opportunities and strategically think outside-the-box. Ali’s administration experience, at the Director level, has empowered him to deal with national and international government authorities.

Ali has strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. His area of interests is corporate law, business development, exports, and customer outreach. 

Asad Abbas

Principal partner and enthusiastic professional, Asad is a practicing advocate at the High Court and an Income Tax Practitioner. He has completed his graduation from Punjab University and received his degree in LLM while also being certified in Intellectual Property Law. He also holds certification in Taxation Laws from Punjab University. He has served as Deputy Chairman for Punjab Prisoners Reform Committee in 2016.

Asad likes to stay engaged in socio-political issues and frequently participates in advisory committees at municipal and regional levels. He is very persistent with achieving his objectives.

Mohammad Mannan

With over 16 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax, Mohammad is an expert in providing exceptional services to his clients. Throughout his career he worked with individuals as well as corporations for their accounting and tax needs.  He started his career as an accountant and worked hard, eventually becoming a CFO of a midsize firm before deciding to establish his firm so that he can do what he does best, that is, providing complete accounting/tax services to his clients. He enjoys working with people and loves to share knowledge.  He received his B.S. in Computer Information Systems and M.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University.  He is a registered and licensed CPA with the State of Illinois.

Mohammad loves spending quality time with his family and enjoys cycling and playing sports with his two children.

Saaima Khalid
